In your case where you were betting randomly by changing multiplier and target, it is very possible to get more than 15 losing streak. You can even get the same or even worst losing streak if you keep on 1 multiplier and stick on a target.
This is unfair for you because you cant accept loses, dont gamble if you cant afford to lose money. You wont get any refunds, if you get refunds then you will do the same thing again and again until you won big.
