Why a new exchange needs ICO?
You can either release your own token or coin directly on the exchange and the user will purchase it, then you get the money from the fee to maintain, develop and operate the exchange.

Building a team and an exchange from scratch is no easy task and requires funds!
Of coarse we'll list our own token on our own exchange as we expand and grow.
We've built our exchange with our own funds and generated revenue, but we need a community and investors behind us to grow further.
There are no honest and transparent GBP Fiat offerings in the UK which is why we're here.
