Very interesting service and tokens listing looks very easy.
Is it possible to register a token for listing by someone who is not a project developer? For example, if developers are not interested in this exchange or simply don't have time ... On decentralized exchanges like IDEX it is possible, i would like to know if here also?

Thank you for your kind words. We prefer it that project developers list their projects. Once we start doing auctions, everyone will be able to list tokens for sale.
When project developers list their ICO tokens, they essentially make a sort of an "e-shop" for their products, which then they manage entirely by themselves.
