I'm confused about the IP part. You said IP logs are never stored and then you said they get deleted so you are storing them for a certain period of time at first?
I'm also interested in understanding how your built-in mixer work and whether the wallet is compatible with SegWit or not. (bc1)
You still have the downside of having a closed source wallet though. The crypto community has trust issues (and they are not to blame).
Sorry for the confusion. Let me explain it now we dont save any info at all, even IP. Cookies are saved on your side only to establish a session with the certain user, otherwise you will get logged out constantly. IP is not needed at all to keep using our service. Wallet is compatible with SegWit.
About closed source wallet service has its own mixer and addresses always keep changing, thats why theres no reason for private keys. Specific address is not bound to the specific wallet. If you take a look at localbitcoins or other exchange services, theres no option to get a private key, because of the same reason theres no link between users balance and receiving/sending addresses. In addition we are working on the feature that will allow the exchange of cryptocurrency for fiat money.
