Many projects that have collected a lot of money on ICO have not yet done anything from our roadmap and yet are subject to exchanges from the exchanges. This project is trying to do at least something!
They do it for a very long time. Nobody saw the special developments. Of course, the project may still work, but how long it will take.
It will also depend on the market price since they used the collected funds for the development and little-by-little progress. But for the case of Exscudo it took years still the developments are still lacking and not very helpful for the community. They just created their own exchange and that's it.
