Hey guys i need more information about this  site because there's a guy send message on me from telegram and asking fro help to recover his funds on that site which around $300.  it seems like exchange site but ts required to have 0.01btc for first withdrawal . Is this legit? Because i tried to get some information but nothings show up on google
