It's fun to watch balloons pop with lasers, burn matches, light a cigarette, and even do some engraving with it (on certain surfaces like foam). At least it is for me, although I'd admit that they're extremely dangerous. Still, sometimes dangerous means it's cool and some fun stuff can be done with a powerful burning laser pointer (as long as everything is done in a legal way of course).
