You are on PrimeDice for quite some time now and you will not be warned each time you break the rules. Moderators and Support give warnings to new players that are not aware of the chat rules.
Also, there is no feature to blacklist you from rain, there never was such a feature and there never will be such a feature. Rain-bot tips people randomly, people that are playing and are active on chat. You cannot get rain every time.
And I have to agree with the moderator that muted your account. You are muted for a good reason. Why you said "cock" to the question "what is his/ her favorite breakfast"? If I were on that mod's place, I would have muted your account for at least a couple of days, just because you are a smartass.
Also, as far as rain goes, you call people beggars/ begshits and you are crying about the rain as well, I mean cmon lol
You took the time to look me up, one more step to ask support if such a thing was around! Well you are wrong in both ways, I am actually around since 2015 and devs have been in chat for a well talking about the feature.
The mute is also not the main issue, it is a byproduct of what the real issue is but every one feels like I am talking out my ass and Stunna decided to ignore and promote moving in on another sites action.
One issue for me and I have been black balled perma, its not just a hour or a day. Have waited days to address this and confirm it. Have gone out of my way not to mention the mod I have issue with as well. Till others are effected I guess no one cares that primedice has a good feature being misused by a overzealous mod.
This is not about the rain but how a account can be labeled.

I have no idea who told you that there is such thing as "account being labeled" but that is completely nonsense. 99% of PD users have been muted at some point and they can still receive the rain, you can ask them on chat.
I'm sure that Stunna has more important things to do than looking up a butthurt member that's complaining about the rain and how he has been muted for a good reason.
Please, when you receive rain from RainBot just let us know here. I know that you will feel stupid but please share it here and all will be forgiven.
