I doubt they wanted to scam you for a small amount but when checking the Scam Accusations board, i found a lot of threads claiming to be scammed by bitcoin-blender:

I also doubt if you will get answer from user blender as he is not active at all (last active September 28, 2018) and didn't participated in any of the above threads.
Suggestion: collect all the proof you have against them and start a thread in Scam Accusations board.
