How can you make an announcement saying a very shady full of red flags third party called NovariseSecrecy (which is owned by NOVARISE SA LIMITED in London, UK but is operating a website at abs-iaccount.com which is owned by Asian Business Solutions Limited in London, UK) has confirmed they will speak to the unnamed bank on behalf of another third party (newly registered Estonian company) Chain2Pay which happens to be owned by Boris Shulyayev all or the purpose of getting branded Mastercards for Minexpay, Minexsystem, Minexcoin and Chain2Pay.
