I scream 'not to invest' because it is counter to your stated goals -- distribution was supposed to be free and fair, remember? Taking REAL money for a vendetta project is shameful.
I haven't followed NEX closely, but going from 'free' to taking peoples money just screams this guy is clowning without makeup
so NEX will be working on an entirely new code base because NXT itself is not worth building a foundation on.
This is good, coz original Nxt code contains traps that will be triggered if someone uses it with different genesis block. I hope u will really rewrite the code, coz if u use Nxt code then NEX will be dead within a couple of days.

the only reason the coin is up in BTER is because people can't transfer any coins to BTER. The entire network is broken.

Constantly repeating something doesn't make it true. In fact, it makes the accuser look like he's clowning without makeup.
Let me get this straight -- Nxt is broken, it's about to collapse, but you're basing NEX on Nxt but going to rewrite 85% of the code (instead of doing what a normal, innovative dev would do -- DEVELOP THEIR OWN PLATFORM). And all the while, take people people's money.
