Thank you for your support of XMC. Since the last announcement of the upgrade announcement, although we have experienced various obstacles, with the support of the majority of XMC holders in the community, we decided not to be forced to delay the XMC network upgrade again and again. The new features after the upgrade are as follows:

1. Add the function of the block fund, the proportion of block fund is 10% of each block;
2. Add multi-signature support, support N/N sign and (N-1)/N sign;
3. Add stagenet support;
4. Add the subaddress function, subaddress starts with 8;
5. The minimum length of the ring sign is increased from 5 to 8;
6. Fix several other bugs.

The upgrade activation time is: block height 1684610 (probably UTC time October 16, 2018). Please arrange the time reasonably and prepare for the upgrade.
