If whales combine and make their own pump and dump group with asset more then billions of dollar I think it was relevant they can make thing come true by upping and dumping the market as they wanted. Just imagine they are like underground group that very powerful manipulated the market as the wanted to. I think I watch the movie to much to think out of the box. But nothing is impossible right.
