Re: Where to run a spam free bounty campaign? [new board?]

I've been asked to manage a campaign to promote a game (website). It will start with sharing posts on Facebook, which will earn the participants Tokens. Those Tokens can be used to play the game, which will then pay in Bitcoins.

Since it doesn't pay in Bitcoin directly, it won't be allowed in Services or Games and Rounds.

I think Bounties (Altcoins) would be the right place, but threads are only on the first page for 4 minutes. In just an hour, the thread would be buried 7 pages deep. On that board, I'd be competing against spam threads with hundreds of pages filled with Facebook and Twitter links, and thousands of bump bots spamming  "proof of join" and "good project".

I've mentioned this problem before, but I'm now actually at the point where it's going to be my problem: a spam free campaign can't survive, as nobody will see the thread. Spam works, and spam pays!
Is there any board I can use to run a self-moderated campaign with zero tolerance for spam, with all applications handled through Google Forms, and barely any posts in the thread itself?
And if there isn't such a board, should a board with very strict rules for campaign managers and participants be created?

If there is any section of the forum that fills up real fast, that section is the number one in the pack. Its so fast that a thread of now when refreshed in the next five minutes might get you in page 2 and there is nothing that can be done about it because I am not sure the forum moderators would want to compromise because you are the one managing it.

My suggestion, your thread will have to be created there and hope that the advertisement will be seen across the forum by the activities of the participants and not the thread itself. Moreover, since your campaign is a quality loaded one, it would compensate for the view which would be lost via that section of the forum.
