I'm expecting no all-time-high this year. Yeah, its very hard to swallow because majority of us wanted to see a higher price, but sadly it won't happen as the bears took over the market in 2018 and will likely not giving it up at the end of the year. It won't happen because investors are not willing to pour money because they're getting smarter. Smarter investor doesn't just shell out money without getting any decent returns. Only those who FOMO are willing, but they have been burned already and not wanting to enter the picture because they don't want to suffer again.
