When you think about healthy lifestyle you automatically associate it with eating healthy and fresh food and
excercising. But having a healthy life is much more than that, yes, of course you MUST eat healthy, stop eating
fast foods, stop eating so much sugar and low quality carbs. And of course you MUST excercise properly, trying
to achieve better aerobic and anaerobic capacity. But what not everyone takes in count is their own mental and
emotional health, do you imagine eating good but living full of anxiety because you feel someone has bretrayed you?
Or making excercises but can't stop smoking cigar or watching porn or any other detrimental addictions?
Or having depression because you feel regrets about bad decisions you've made in the past.
Those will destroy you also, and living with them is not healthy
