Apple only takes down any app that directly buys/sells BTC/fiat. There are a ton of Bitcoin tracking, rig tracking, pool tracking, market tracking and even a few wallet apps out there. Blockchain.info are there and Coinbase was briefly, but they'll work that out soon.  

Hell, there's even one scrypt mining app (no stratum support though) that they haven't touched.  I use it occasionally on my iPhone and iPad just to eek a little more (point it to a stratum proxy that's pointed to Middlecoin). Of course they both just hash away at less than 1kh per thread.
