I think its pretty clear that NovariseSecrecy/abs-iAccount is connected with Liri Holdings or they are using their logos etc. without permission.
Imo I give last one bigger probability because there is a lot of things in NovariseSecrecy/abs-iAccount page that seems very unprofessional/not legit.
Also its quite strange that they dont order cards straight from Liri Holdings?
