1.How you plan to spend raised funds,what will be the priority after successful end of the sale?
2.In case you dont reach hard cap,what you plan to do with unsold tokens,going to burn them like most of other ICOs,or you will use them later for something else?
Hello, part of the funds will be spent on opening the first branch, aquiring the banking and escrow licenses, salaries, marketing, advertisement and legal services. As we have security tokens that are backed by our company shares we will not burn them, as after the business will be established we will run also an IPO. We hope that the security tokens will be regulated soon so we could reach the stockmarket much easier.
The tokens we have will be on listed on the stock exchanges? I understand right that these assets will be very reachable, by withdrawing and transfering service available anytime?
