The problem with investors with small capital is that he has very little free money to invest, and I myself have faced this, when you know where you can invest but no free funds.
If a person will invest smaller so he will have to face it those who are holding since longer has small investment which takes more time to grow than those who invest bigger amount of money, so invest smaller, hold more or invest bigger sell on time, I personally feels no bad for those who has small money to invest infect they has best profit caspacity than those who has nothing.
