I met with some instances when some other  person using my credentials working for an ICO telegram.  I only came to know about that cheater when I also applied for the same ICO telegram and  reported to the bounty manager.  
today I also found some cheater who has applied for twitter campaign using my btc profile.

I thought that most of bounties need you to pass a verification before you are able to participate. If manager does not care about fakes and do not check profiles, I would recomend you to avoid participating such event. It would be better to look for more reliable project.

Previously there were many bounty campaigns that forced participants to KYC. It is a good way to identify bounty hunters using multiple accounts, but the bad thing is that the bounty will not attract participants.
