Can you clarify which system you use for cross-border payments? How long is the payment process? What are the fees and what is your source of quotes? Can I use SWIFT or IBAN codes for the cross-border transfers?

No of course you would not use SWIFT or IBAN, the whole idea is that you use LALA tokens. The fee's are the regular Ethereum fees and the payment process is as fast as the Ethereum blocktimes (and the amount of fee you might pay to speed up the process).

lala world has already entered kucoin, Idex, liquid and Cobinhood, but the price is very disappointing, look from the Lala World chart the price dropped sharply, ATH is $ 0.1 but now only $ 0.004 is very terrible

I think the ATH was actually around $0,20 and there were even remainder ICO tokens auctioned of at $0,40+. So it is quite amazing how cheap the token currently is. Hopefully the team will take good steps to make the token usability go up which in return would improve the LALA token price.
