Anyone know what is going on with the testnet hard fork?
Wasn't it suppose to be at block 4.2million?
Looking at
https://ropsten.etherscan.io/It looks like the block reward is still 3ETH, was it post poned again somehow?
I saw this article posted earlier. It appears that there was a lack of miners on the testnet capable of producing the next block. Eventually, they did get the block, but it had 0 transactions.
Certainly worth watching the development as it appears they still plan on doing the upgrade this year.
