Its really important to clarify the difference between monkeys and apes. Humans have not evolved from monkeys and your video should clarify that. Its important to make sure you don't call chimpanzees, bonobos, gorillas, orangutans monkeys as they are all apes (as well as humans). Monkeys are not part of our family but are only part of our order (primates).
Humans evolved from a common ape ancestor. All of our ancestors are extinct so the question "If humans evolved from x, then why are x still around" is double invalid.
Also, the word "proof" is not very scientific. Evolution is a theory and scientific theories are built around the best evidence. Theories are falsifiable but no available evidence has ever falsified them. All evidence supports the theory of evolution as fact so it has withstood the test of time.
