Has anyone noticed
Veridium.io? It looks like IBM is backing them up which is promising by itself.
Their token CRB is backed by environmental assets.
Besides the ones mentioned in the OP page, we have other best ICOs which really had best projects reaching the soft cap very quickly. But the sad part is that when they listed on the exchanges, the tokens value was less than the ICO price.
Veridium already reached a soft cap of $5mil before even starting a pre-sale with only 5 investors. As far as I know, they are now trying to work with the appropriate regulatory bodies and allow US to participate in the ICO, that's when they are going to start with the pre-sale, I guess.
