It is never too late to invest in crypto. I am not into trading atm, I like to buy and hold. Everyone is predicting a new bull run end of the year.
One of the thing that is keeping ETH so down at the moment are so many ICOs that are failing. They then just sell their million $ worth ETHs and we get a drop again.

That is why I like to invest only in ICOs that have a great chance of success such as Veridium.io. Their token is fully asset-backed and they are partnered with IBM and already reached $5mil soft cap without even starting a pre-sale.
I am waiting for a pre-sale to be announced so I can invest there.
