Thanks, I tried to use old 3.0.1 version which wasn't blocked by AV but it showes 0 seeds,
now as you reassured me I will try newest 3.0.2 version and I hope it will be fine - but if not could you tell me what to do?

Since the difference between 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 is a performance upgrade, it doesn't matter which version you use.
However, you should always use the latest wallet version, ignore the result of your anti-virus and just whitelist it.
What do you mean by "add new block sources"? do you mean peers?
if so, peers should sync alone after a few minutes and the wallet would start downloading the blocks.
you can add manually if you wish to by adding the line "addpeer=IP" in hodlcoin.conf (you have to create the file if it's not there).
(in Linux, ~/.hodlcoin and in Windows %appdata%/HOdlcoin)
