If you don't allow Java to run it, you won't get infected. It's funny that if you report the thread to a moderator, nothing is done about it.
Also, use Autoruns to remove the startup sequence for the qqmakk infection.
Autoruns will show you everything that's starting up on your PC (Windows platform anyhow).
