Agree, this isthe right path that the project team should follow. Bounty campaigns the people will help you to market the project and they waant to earn at the same time its give and take process. They need you but you also need you.
I don't fully understand what you trying to speak out on this stuff. Hopefully next time when you want to make your own opinion you should make it understandable to the people who will read your comment. Although the thought is there but at first it should be done accordingly.
