Not only in crypto but everywhere we have to control our emotions. Flood of emotions in specific things lead to addiction. Many time due to addiction we made many wrong decisions in the time of panic sell. It's better to stay away from crypto if we can't control our emotions in good manner. 
I believe that cryptocurrency is a real drug, as far as it allows to go beyond what is permitted and familiar.
