No, its to attract people to the project and communicate No need looking for artificial means to boost your telegram members ,it's a shortcut and every shortcut breathes scam,and every scam should be ignored

if your idea is excellent and your reputation is really trustworthy then you will earn telegram members joining your channel in no time.
Massive adding of random members to your channel is just useless aside from just having the numbers and using the number of members to scam other people.
You can use bitcointalk to advertise your channel (given that it is related to crypto). If a user deems it as beneficial to jojn, then that member will join.
