You're not the only one that sold too early man, I even sold a lot before. 
But with your current situation if you are in pain, don't add more stress in your life. You need to recover your health at least, you know health is wealth and take a rest first.
That's not that easy, I lost my health insurance because I'm too fit to be qualified as someone who's unable to work but to ill to actually perform any work.But with your current situation if you are in pain, don't add more stress in your life. And health insurance in my country wouldn't help me much, it doesn't provide enough treatment to help me with my illness.
Do you have some alternative activity that you do to reduce your disease effect? like joining recreational activities, etc?
