I agree that we should not feed scammers and should be careful while investing, but at the same time we should keep in mind that development of crypto market is impossible without new projects. I think rating platforms should be more resize and realistic while rating ICOs. I personally always look at icoguide.com's rates as they are not paid, but not all platforms are so fare.
