Ignoring the fact that your address isn't a SegWit address (thanks for removing that part), the campaign is still full.
The spreadsheet has multiple people with vanity addresses, and basic non-segwit addresses. If the campaign manager added them, it means his rule isn't enforced. I know how to read.
Can you sign a message from that address? There's huge gaps in your post history from August 24, 2016 to May 08, 2017 and then June 06, 2017 to September 06, 2018.
