I think it was because of Tether. They saw something bad about tether and they probably got out and try to buy in their tether for Bitcoin and that was the reason why Bitcoin pumped.
They are dumping their tether for TUSD but in fact that they are converting their USDT to the bitcoin before they can try to buy TUSD. That's made a flash sale to the tether and it has been dumping the price of tether to the bottom. But this time tether recovered its price again slowly.
