@ni23457, how about exposing a few more scammers by paying for advertising. Surprisingly, you only follow these russian guys! For me it would be interesting to see the banners of other scammers here. You can find the list here.

I think it's logical he's first trying to sort out his own affair - maybe if he gets his money back or lose all faith of that happening he'll become scam hunter and start doing what you're suggesting. But when there is still chance of getting his back he's focused on that, there is nothing strange in such behaviour.
