Of course, such people would not say *yes* to such type of cooperations/

Use the Twitter advanced search operator and Youtube. (Everyone in the community has either Twitter or YT) Collect some profiles and then analyze it with Klout and SocialBlade. Filter the high profiles you will end with a list of people. Then it's up to you to engage with them.
You can explore others platform where your audience is and do the same thing.
