depends on my research about if a bounty hunting is a Job i consider its a YES  Because once you learn from it you will able to earn from it and like this  most cases, though, there is no training or certification required to get started as a bounty hunter. In theory, and depending on where you live, the day you decide to be a bounty hunter, you can be a bounty hunter but please try to research if its good for you where other countries might not approved Job Like Bounty hunter.
