As of this moment when I tried to look at the performance of bitcoin in the market I found out that almost every crypto is on green. Does this manifest the start of a bullrun for bitcoin's value? We have seen this kind of movement in the past months so I would say that this that doesn't manifest a bull run. Just another time for manipulators to pump the price again and soon at its ripe to make a good profit then we will see another dip in about a week, rinse and repeat.
