Probably. But OP's post is enough. I thought the exchange was actually very legit that it had promoted itself on the big cryptosites like coinmarketcap. They even have a buy button there going to changelly. Its just interesting to see that no one had investigate them thoroughly like OP did.
Pretty funny how someone will spend so much money and effort trying to discredit Changelly publicly?! Kinda seems counter intuitive if there's a dispute over held funds.
