In fact project look promising. They have pilot project with Finland government. But I dont know - how many times this can takes? And tokens will be needed for this or no? And why they not adding new exchanges? Its almost impossible buy tokens, because Bilaxy and Bitforex have fake volume, and Bitfinex just for big traders. They must add Kucoin, Bibox, Huobi and would be nice to see Binance
