Well, if you are thinking of investing in Crypto then I would buy Bitcoin.  If you are already in the market then just hold what you have.  I am assuming that you, like many others, have a portfolio that has seen better days.  No point in transferring that to Bitcoin at this point.  That's my strategy at least, your situation may be different.
