Yes the tokens are used for Red Pulse's 7000+ users and clients to pay researchers for content at https://redpulse.com
Users and clients can send PHX to their platform account or purchase PHX with USD. This PHX can then be used to engage the conteibutors with the expert information they require.
Experts are remunerated with PHX and incentivized to stake that to earn more over time. As the platform grows, the team intends for it to develop fast enough to offset the inflation rewards. These rewards will be reduced as time goes on, to maintain and possibly increase the level of scarcity.
