To the users above, we are sorry that you feel that way about our management. It is true that we are very strict - this is, in fact, one of our main differentiation factors when it comes to community management. It is only with those levels and criteria we insist on that we can maintain the high standards our clients and ourselves demand.

We have many long-term community members who continue to participate in our Community Rewards programs and we believe that our high expectations keep both sides satisfied.

Often, we also find that a lot of confusion can be avoided, if AmaZix's role is understood better and expectations are set accordingly. For more information about what it is we really do (and what we don't!), please read our article on Medium setting things straight.

I raised my concern about my missing stakes on eQuad campaign in August.  The team said the stakes are not finalized yet.  So I decided to not bother you guys about the same issue. I believe that if i kept on asking the same question, you guys were gonna get annoyed by me.  So, once is enough. When the stakes were finalized, my stakes were still missing so I raised my concern and one of your team members said that the complain period is over.  When I pointed to my message on Aug saying that I have already raised the issue and the team members did not pay attention to it, I got banned from the Telegram chat and all my messages got deleted.


Perhaps, there is something that you guys can improve.  Like what many other bounty managers are doing, they have a weekly complain form for hunters to raise their concern.  With this, you will have a record of all the issues.
