I also agree that if you choose a good ico to invest in, even if the market is bad, it is not affected much, but if you encounter a scam ico, the consequences are very unpredictable. You will lost all which you invested.
I think it is important to find out carefully about the ICO in the present moment because good Ico really does not have much, all the more just pieces of cake.

In my opinion, timing isn't that important but what's really critical is the actual project. If a project is doing really well, as an example those who have already acquired some money before even the soft cap etc that's a project to consider.

Anyway, investing in ICO is best when the prices are dyed in the blood. It is difficult to estimate the price in these days. If you invest money to potential ICOs, you can earn a lot more than earn from other coins.
