Would a mini PC do the job of staking coins/tokens?

I don't want to buy a standard pc due to not having enough space in my room.

Can a Intel NUC do it?

specs:

Intel Core i7-7567U
RAM: 32GB DDR4
512GB SSD
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650

My other question is can i do some heavy browsing on it? Since it has a Dual Core procesor.
