I think it would be impossible for the hospital to accept Bitcoin, because of its exchange rate and the amount currently limited to only 21 million coins...
but Altcoin is most likely to be accepted by hospitals, just look at so many ICOs in the health industry. This is only my prediction, many surprises will occur in Bitcoin and Altcoin in the future...
