I also have a question for securix_io, why do you use paid bumping services for your ANN thread? The last 20 pages that I checked are filled with pyramid quoting garbage. Creating a fake buzz like that with shilled accounts is probably the last thing a legitimate project would do.

Using quotation marks, because the definition of legitimate varies. I mean they believe somehow in their project and are not just trying to steal money from investors.
Raising 20 times the money you need still doesn't mean the project is a scam. If it were so, most ICO's could be called scams.
