why are the hash rates reporting so low pool side at pool.bitcoin2.network ?
Pool-side reported hashrate may differ from your local speed. That's because of pool count speed based on sent shares. So at a specific moment displayed hashrate can be lower or higher than your local, but in long-term, your pool speed will be equal to your local. Of course, if you didn't generate bad shares because of overclocking 
And, sure, you can try other pools listed above. It will be good for the network too.
2ALL: please note that the total hashrate of the network is quite low
So catch the moment ))no, this doesn't make any sense. I'm sending well over 6 khs spread across 2 pools, neither pool is showing more than 1 khs for more than 12 hours now. I've been mining CN based coins for couple years now, and have never seen this.
