It is something you can't guess. Depends on too many factor.
Still, you can hope for the best. But listing won't be in january, i am sure of that.

They have changed the roadmap before. For example, the ICO dates have changed quite a lot. It was caused by the bear market and as long as the bear market lasts there could be more delays.
Then the delay will stop dec 2018 after the big bull run.
How can you be sure dec 2018 as the bull run date, could be hype. Also some project will disapear if there is a bull run IMO
